Wings why wont you work

Even with clipping, some birds will manage to get over fences. When done properly, clipping the flight feathers is the same to the bird as us clipping our fingernails. You should only have to do it once per year or after each molt. Sometimes, the clipped feathers do not fall out well during the molt, so watch for that. Clipping only one side throws them off balance and even if they flap hard enough to get some lift, they will be out of control.

If you clip both sides, some birds will be able to build up wing strength to still fly up and over things. It is safer for the bird and easier for you. One person gently holds the bird and the other clips. I would definitely recommend working there for anyone that's interested in working in food.

Pros Good Work Environment, Cool coworkers. Cons Long Hours. Horrible place to work. This is the worst company to work for. Management is horrible and unprofessional. They are extremely rude and they degrade employees and treat them as if they have no common sense.

The only thing good about this place is the food. I would encourage anyone who is thinking of working here to reconsider greatly. The employees are cool but the managers made the environment toxic. Pros Food. Cons Management.

Okay for a temporary starting job. Everything else was terrible, such as management, work environment, and training. Customers were also rude, smart mouthed, and difficult to deal with.

Pros Co-workers and tips. Cons Everything. I've worked at a few locations for this company, and the job had its ups and downs. I was promoted to lead position at one location. The only difficult thing I'd say is speaking to difficult customers at times.

Customers will sometimes throw a fit when you ask to check ID with card company policy. Typically, you make dips, cashier, handout orders, and clean. Fairly simple, but gets hectic. This place can be dysfunctional at its peak times. Seems like poor management is a reoccurring problem at all locations I've been to.

This job can be fun depending on the location. Pros Free lunch for shift leads. Productive and fun workplace, but poor management. I enjoyed working at this place at first. I learned quickly and did well and was even looked at to be a possible candidate for shift lead. I drove to Sacramento from Modesto 5x a week to train for a month so I can help open the Modesto store.

However, after my manager had worked with me for a month in Sacramento, she chose to listen to false rumors and lies about me from new coworkers she barely even knew. Even though I had tried to tell her what they were saying was not true, she fired me right before the grand opening. Extremely unprofessional considering all the time I had put into the company and given my work ethic. I really had thought better of her and I was definitely let down.

Not a bad company to work for, just a poor choice in management. This job is an awful one, especially for first time workers. They are always hiring because people keep leaving. Staff is fun and cool but the job sucks. Pros get breaks, cool people, food. But opting out of some of these cookies may affect your browsing experience.
